How to check:
Home Page -- refresh the weather data; the time shown should be within 5--7 minutes of the current time.
Graphs Page -- refresh the page using your browser Refresh button; latest readings on wind graphs should be within 1 hr of current time.
Details Page -- refresh the page using your browser Refresh button; check the time
of last update (should be within 6 hrs of the current time).
Live Weather Page -- the data updates automatically every 10 seconds. The time of the
last update can be seen bottom right.

Weather station:

A
Davis Instruments' Vantage Pro 2 Wireless Weather Station. Readings are displayed on a
console located on the Cruising notice-board near the entrance to the Sun Lounge.
Data from the station is logged and downloaded to a dedicated computer via a Davis Weather Envoy, using Davis' WeatherLink software.
The weather data is displayed on the club website using
Ambient Software's Virtual Weather Station and WeatherFlash software, the latter interfacing with
Macromedia Flash Player
to deliver near real-time information.
