MARINE TRAINING AT THE RNSYC
The Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club offers training courses for
powerboating, yachting
and a range of shore-based courses to gain qualifications to increase
both
the practical and theoretical knowledge of those who want to go to sea
either in a professional or amateur capacity.
The
Training Centre is located within the club house at Royal Plain,
Lowestoft, where training
craft are moored in the on-site marina. The marina is within five
minutes of the harbour mouth and the sea.
All requirements are catered for at the club with the training being
complemented by a
restaurant, a bar serving drinks and snacks, and accommodation within
the building.
